Airtel not deactivate cricket services

Hy i am manish gupta .my airtel number (9717417865). I continusely complaint in coustmer care last five month to deactivate my services & refund my five hundred rupees in my airtel account. i am not active any cricket services. this services automaticaly active without my permission.last complaint airtel point sector =61 trougt email last one week but company not deactivate the service &deduct my balance continue so i request you to take action refund my money & stop service. the massage come (54321) center number. thanking you manish gupta 3A nilgiri -1, sector = 34, Noida.mobile-9958200065.
