Paper bill not received for 8months

I am premkumar, octber 08 th transfer the prepaid connection to posdpaid connection, till now im not received bill, many more complind to custmer care but they gave lot register number gave to me but no action, want leave the airtel but this is my buziness number thts y im unable change d number. airtel s 10 th biggest company in the world but in india very worst custmer care service especialy tamil nadu- tirunelveli.my number 98942 48020.
