Connection barred

Dear sir,

i m using airtel connection (09933777071) for more than three months. I have subimitted all the documents twice. even once one airtel person visited me for some documentation. I did all the documentation that time. I called a person for checking my documetns in airtel office on ph. no. 09932449069 he ensured that me that all the documentation has been done. This person sorted out the problem. but today suddenly i got the same massage that my serbvices are barred. Plz help to sort it out permanently. As i m fed up with this Airtel service over here in Westbangal.
