Not receiving BSNL calls

Hi Sir,

I am Gangadhara Reddy, I purchased new airtel sim, but i am not able to get bsnl land line call but other call are coming, i given informed this to airtel costumer the given time line like two or three days still i did not get call from that lines give this information last month now almost all 25 day over

Please do the needfull
