I am working in a restaurent in hyderabad. We have a airtell broadband service. it goes out 7 days ago.
we contact airtell customer care and post a complaint.service agent took the complaint and told me will repair in 4 working houres after one working day i called up again and remind the same and gave my complaint number. (20753988) the agent again start to ask the adress phone number and all details . he
waste my another half an hour for this things. finally nothingg happened. then my friend try to contact them, but no response. no body from airtel didint come to us or never called up here.
after 7 days finally we got the net
I never seen such a bad service. As we are in hospitality industry we need to send and check lot of e mails and sites. Because of this we lost tremondous amount of money and buiseness.besides the mental pressure.
