I regret to inform you that inspite of my earlier compliant to withdraw the charging of Rs. 20/- twoards Airtel WAP subscription, you have again deducted/. How idiotic your company so far you have deducted to the tune of Rs.00/- under this item for no facility of this in my mobile.

Will you please respond to my request immediately and see that your immediate action is being taken in this regard and arrange to refund me the amount atleast today you have charged to me in your sms under 64611020 immediately

In case you are not going to withdraw this I am going to make a serious adverse ads against you through proper publicity of this.

Hope you would adhere to my instructions and see the suitable remedy is done in this regard
