Non working of DND

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had registered for DND around 17-18 months back, that DND worked for about 10-11 months, but from january promotionalcalls and smss again started on my number, when I complained to the airtel showroom they replied that you are not registered for DND.Then again I applied on 04-04 for DND, means stop date for me is 19-05, but till today I am receiving promotional calls and unwanted smss, and in last about 20 days I had complained 4-5 times to the people of airtel showroom here in meerut, but they are doing nothing.

Can you please help me or guide me in any way so that I can get activated DND, or please tell where I can complaint againest AIRTEL?
