Mis-selling of product and harrashment

I am a regular prepaid customer of airtel and I have 4 numbers in my family all are using airtel but now these days I'm facing problem I'm working with HDFC bank my official number is blocked I don’t know whts reason behind I have given may request to c.c pls activate then he says u submit ur I D in near airtel outlet when I was go airtel outlet there executive says we can't except it this ID will submit where u purchase this number I have this number since 3 years afterwards he says this is easy load number and ur this number is lapu. may I know whts my mistake in this case 3 days are spend I didn't got my activate number otherwise in future I'll never purchase airtel and suggest may all friends and relatives plz don't purchase airtel for assistance mail me deepesh_mitra@yahoo.co.in
