Amount deduction

I was using gprs services the service is not good and amount is deducted unnecessarily since 15days i am not using this service but on 25/8/07 at 10:38 am 30rs have been deducted again on 27/8/07 at 9:37 am some amount has been deducted when i am not using this services why the amount is being deducted.
