Regarding AIRTEL internet connection

Sir/ Madam,

This is ASHISH ANAND from PATNA. I have been using AIRTEL's PLUG TO SURF for fulfilling the purpose of internet since 3rd of June'2009. I am very sorry to say you that your product is seriously amongst the worst. Since the day I bought this product I have been very much depressed with its performance and have been always criticized by my family members. I planned to buy this wizard just for the purpose of fulfilling my educational needs as I am a student of Architecture and have to use internet very often to be with the pace of changing design patterns.

Your product can be simply termed as failure in the field of internet providers as during the time of buying it I was told that I will be given a good speed of 236kbps but unfortunately since the day of usage I have never got speed more than 10kbps. Sometimes the speed is so much disastrous that its just 1kbps.

This is my third complaint against the product but till now I dont find my problem solved neither a step have been taken do it done. I am highly dipressed aginstt your product and this time I want you to take a step otherwise I will be lodging a complaint against your company in the nearest police station.
