I am not using WAP or Game or Yahoo! Zone services of Airtel, but the company is deducting subscription charges. Upon this I sent SMS to their 121 number but received IRRELEVANT ANSWER. So again I sent email to their email ID as depicted on the website.

What the action should be taen against such negligence & carelessness?
