Over billing and non disconnection

On expiry of two years connection period, i have requested disconnection before 7 october. request not acceded to so far . i am discontinuing the use of mobile no. 9810179210 immediatley hence not responsible to pay any billsbeyond 7 october.

The bill upto 4 october icludes Rs 180 as monthly rental, which is not payable as per the plan for 2 years ending 15 october. hence bill discrepancy be reconcilled, no amount payable because of advanced payment by me. kindly resolve.
