Free A-to-A talktime not credited timly

Bundeled Offer with Samsung Handset of approx Rs. - in whhich I have to rechearge for min. Rs. 100/- per month upto 6th of every month on that I got Rs. 89/- balance for others and get Rs. 83/- for Airtel to Airtel free talk time. Others & A-to-A balance talktime should carried forwfard every month. This scheme is for 2 years.

Now the problem is that every month I recharge with Rs. 100/- before 6th of the month but got A-to-A free balance on after making so many complints every month, even last month my A-to-A free balance also vanished. This month also till date (12th Oct.) they have not credited my free A-to-A talktime.
