Subscribed "MITTI K RANG" and "HELLO TONES" on my mobile number without my permission

Dear Sir.

Subscribed "MITTI K RANG" and "HELLO TONES" on my mobile number without my permission.

When i talked to customer care executive executive to know how these services are subscribed on my number, then he does not give me information.

When i talked to customer care executive to stopped these services he said that the same will be deactivated soon and you will receive a confermation message. Till now these services are unsubscribed on my mobile number.

I am receiving messages from the number 54321819 and i want to deactivate it.

It cuts rs 30 per month. I want to stop this services.

How can i deactivate these services.
