Unable to use nop

Hi, i'm having a prepaid airtel connection and using the net on phone service from airtel since last one year but from last one month i 'm having problem in using this service after a number of complaint's i'm still helpless i'm not been able to connect to internet while using nop, it show's 'error in connection' is there any solution to my problem please suggest.
