Charging mobile for missed calls

Sir,

I am Ganesan, from Srivilliputtur. I am using the airtel for the past two years. My sons are studying in Germany. I use airtel for making ISD calls to speak to my children. I should bring to your notice that in recent days (mentioned below) it is charged even for a missed call. Please consider this. Please try a call to one of this numbers mentioned and check whether its charged before the call is being answered. I am sorry to say that if the problem persist i could not continue with airtel.
