Post paid connection

I recently got an airtel past paid connection number 9004095997. I had submitted all necessary documents at the airtel gallery at fountain, fort Mumbai to their representatives which they had found to their satisfaction and then subsequently the verification was also done at my residential address. However after a week when i was on roaming, my outgoing was barred and i was told to resubmit my documents. This displays total unprofessional approach on part of airtel staff which has caused me great inconvenience as i am asked to go back to mumbai to re-submit my documents.(I am in delhi presently) Needless to say, airtel service has deteriorated over time and also has received a lot of bad publicity by word of mouth owing to such incidences.
