Dear Sir,
Even after making the payment by cheque towards the bill for my cell no 91 98290 63781 the company had barred my outgoing services without any prior intimation, and after calling to the customer care the executive said that payment has not been done, after 10 mins hasty discussion the executive found that i have made the payment and told me that service would be restarted after 1 hour.
This is highly disgusting as even after making a payment a customer has to fight to get it traced.
please take a serious action towards the company
