No Service

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice I have been continuously complaining to Airtel, Hyderabad for inadequate services they are providing me since the last six months. My office is in the heart of the city and the signal strength is erratic and on account of this almost every called is dropped half way through. For every call I receive, I have call back to continue with the talk. This erratic service is not only at my office but also at my residence, which is also in central city limits. The Service Request No. allotted to me is 27646976 for the recent complaint dated 16th June, with a promise to revert back with a solution by 23rd. Today is 26th and there is no call or mail from them. I am Airtel customer for the last 10 years and the response being given to me is pathetic. I have been losing business and my clients are getting irritated as most of the time they cannot reach me.

Kindly advise what action can be taken to solve this issue.
