Non activation of sim card

Hi, i had lost my sim card few days back and got the same sim number at the airtel office. The sim card got activated in an

another number insted of mine. Since then i have been getting unknown calls. I had approached the Airtel office to get the problem rectified, but there is no response they have been telling that the problem will be rectified but even after going to the Airtel office several times its all the same. I am fed up of going behind them and begging for just to re activate the sim card. So please if you could consider this and solve my problem i will appriciate it
