Excess charges on hellotune

Yesterday i had sent an sms to airel for hello tuen. They have immediately deducted Rs.30/- for one month this is correct charges. However, just within seconds they have again deducted Rs.15/- stating charges deducted for change in hello tune which is not correct. There is no question of change since first time helo tune has been initiated.

My excess charges must be refunded immediately.
