Migration of to prepaid against a request for safe custody

I requested for safe custody of my mobile number 9611804009, a post paid connection, 0n 6th may'09 as i was on tour to USA for 8 to 12 weeks. I left for USA on 6th late night from Bangalore and returned to Bangalore on 24th June'09. I went on the same day to airtel centre at N.R.Colony to resume my mobile connection. The centre informed that the mobile is migrated to prepaid and not safe custody. There was also message in the mobile to recharge the phone. For no fault of mine, i am in to this position and i even requested airtel to resume my post paid service. Their response is not satisfactory
