Dear Mr. Sir,

This is viji from Causewaybay working in Fashion Profiles in admin department.

Actually we have shifted our office from No.17, Sarojini Street, Mahalingapuram, Chennai - 600 034 to the below mentioned address.

NO.28, COASTAL ROAD,

KALAKSHETRA COLONY,

BESANT NAGAR

CHENNAI - 600 090.

In the above said address we are not getting the airtel signal properly inside the office. But in front office it is working very good. Due to this we are facing problems while talking over mobile (both incoming & outgoing) inside the premises. We have already complained this to customercare office before 3 months but still no action is taken. We have not received any good service from airtel.

Then we have complained to Mr. Raveendran in Airtel who is the head for Corporate - Coll before 2 and a half months. After that also, we have not recd the repeater from Airtel till now.

Actually, we are having 20 CUG numbers in our "TAIG Fashion profiles group" and we are paying more than 25000/- per month.

Even though that Airtel people is not ready to give a repeater / booster to us to solve our problem. So we request you to kindly check into this matter and solve it asap.
