TEXT MESSAGES NOT DELIVERED

My brother is sending messages from his airtel mobile from india toUK. i recieevd them till last week ok. now he says he send nearly 4 text messages from India which were urgent... and i did not get them, his money is deducted... Please do the needful as soon as possible... i want it to be sorted immidiately.
