CHEATING WITH NEW OFFERS

I have opted for std89 pack to make std calls Rs1/- by sms STD89 ACTV to 222. I got the reply within 24hrs it will be activated. This i have opted on 15th October 10.37am. It is not activated till this time. 1st time when i called up customer care, they said its already activated, you can make call etc. 2nd time they said, it takes 24hr more to activate, 3rd time it takes 4more days to get activated it seems.
