Payment done but service not yet started

Hello sir i m using airtel postpaid connection no. is 9936128280 services of this no. was blocked by airtel due to no payment but i done payment to agent vaibhav who came to my house he promised me that my no. will get started soon but till now my no. is not working

i m attachimg copy of recipt given by him

please do something soon
