Worst kind of service!

I had gone out of india. I wanted that my connection is activated as soon as i land in india. Hence i have paid the rental for 3months in advance.

When i came back the sim was inactive. Finally after 2 days i have reached to Pune. I asked the reason for this. "Sir you have not used the phone for long time. Hence it's been deactivated."

What the hell. You have got all the money for three months. What's pain in your mind to do that. There is no advance info to customet for these rules. They are not available on the site also.

It seems like airtel is offering services to us free. Or these people think that we are duffers.

And i know all the people using Airtel are duffers including me.
