Additional services on Mobile

I keep receiving SMSes on my mobile No. 9871456571 regarding activation of various services from Airtel. In the message it is metioned that if I do not want to get it activated I must reply by tsending "STOP" or "UN" to the message. Are the service providers free to activate whatever they weant without my asking for? I don't have the time to reply to such stupid messages. Once i even tried by sending "UN" as the reply and I again received a message saying "Thanks foractivating". How can they exploit the public like this. These service providers are so greedy that they go on charging for useless things.

I request AIRTEL to deactivate all the additional services (except incoming and outgoing calls) from my number with immediate effect. Failing this appropriate action will be taken against them.
