NO SIGNAL

I am living in Vertix Paradise on Nizampet Road, Kukkatpally Hyderabad 72. There is no signal in our apartment i have made several complaints to the nearest Airtel office (ie Narla Enterprises, 1-2-25/12, Atmaram Complex, Main Road, Kukkatpally Hyderabad). Some technician has also visited our place for checking, he also confirmed that there is no signal in our apartment and said there is some optimization problem. But nothing practical has been done in this regard. I have this problem since i have moved in this place for seven months.

Kindly try to rectify my problem as my work is suffering due to non availability of my phone. I being in corporate office need to stay on call and my work is really suffering due to this.

So i request to do something in this regard otherwise i need to change my connection..
