Misbehavior of the Executive or Misguidance

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am a consumer of Airtel Postpaid Mobile number of 09935041418 and due to some problem i decided that i should convert this post paid connection to a prepaid connection.

I went to a Franchisee near to my place (NAAZ PLASTICS) and i asked the executive overthere about the wuery then i got a reply that i have to wait for the whole month as the bill has already got generated and it can not be done now any how (any how means any how because i asked her about that) but when i went to the head office they accepted my application, when i again moved to that franchisee to show them that it can be done they misbehaved with me because I asked them about their Misguidance to me. The name of the Executive was Mr. Hasan Mukhtar, who asked me to get lost from there and abused me.

If this is the way an executive talks to a consumer then please tell me what to do coz i dont want to disconnect my Number as i am using this Number from a long time and in case if i will do this i will lose my precious for a long time from now.
