Poor roaming connectivity and poor customer care service

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel GSM for last 3 years. Now I am having a Airtel Prepaid sim of Secunderabad for last one month. Since my arrival in Kanpur there is no incoming or outgoing service in my mobile no. 9652390032 . People sitting at Customer care of Kanpur Region even not knowing the location of Secunderabad/ Hyderabad and their parent state. When I told them that it is AP then they were asking about the location of AP. Further the number of AP Customer care told by them 9849098490 is not existing or incorrect. when I further queried about the correctness of no. they have roudely disconnected the line stating that my no. belongs to other region and this much only they can do. when I complained about the same to his superior, he was simply favoured his collegue (If required I can tell the name of person). Kindly look into the matter.
