Net work problems

Dear Sir,

I am Airtel customer for the past few years. I am staying at St. Peter's Pontifical Seminary, Malleswaram, 8th main, 18th cross, Bangalore. we are 300 inmates in the seminary (It is a training center for catholic Christian Priest). We have many Airtel Connections here. In the beginning when I came here I subscribed some other network service providers Sim card, but soon realized that though it was dead cheep, the service was very poor. Then, I came to Airtel and took the Sim though it is a bit costly comparing to the other. I enjoyed it for one year. this year stated the problem. The problem is this, we are not signals in our rooms where we were getting it earlier. Not only rooms, even in our campus some areas we get full signs and just one or two yards to it we won't get any thing. some of our companions getting frustrated with this have gone for BSNL. Many are thinking about in that line, of course, including me. I just wanted to bring to your notice this problem and see what is your response to it. If you can rectify this problem I can influence other also not to go for any other company Sim. So Please consider my case and do the needful.
