I received a call on 15th june09 from jaipur (raj) airtel costumer care office from miss. chitra sharma she told me about the scheme of newly launched hello tune scheme of 90days with a rent of rs.60 i only got the information regard this but next day i received a msg that i have charged Rs. 60 for the subscription fees i talked to customer care they said that i will get my money back within 6hrs. but i didnt get it i call every day every day different operator comes and say same thing 6hrs and till date i didnot received any such amount and i received sympathy that after 6hrs i will get the money. I AIRTEL IS GOING TO BE BANKCRUPT SO THEY ARE CHARGING MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMER LIKE THIS WAY. irfanbkn@gmail.com
