Not able to register thru Airtel Website

I have raised a complaint with airtel, quotating that I am unable to register thru there airtel.in website where in I can see my bills, the complaint has been registered more thatn 3 months now, But till today date whenever I call up saying the issue, they just promise that the issue would be resolved soon and one more ticket would be openeed with out no use, till today date only two person has called me up and were unable to resolved the issue, until today I haven;t see the bill's nor able to claims the same thru my office, Since it is done thru ECS, the money is being debited autoamtically from my account, hence they are not caring what ever happens to me,
I request the concerend people to take the necessary steps.
