Daily Deduction

Rs. 1 is being deducted from my account on daily basis on account of FHM Model of the day service. I've tried to discontinue this service many times, whenever I opt for discontinuation of service I don't get the message of deduction for 3 to 5 days, but invariably I get multiple messages after that on a single day and invariably money is deducted as many times. Can anybody suggest a way out, otherwise the last recourse for me would be to approach the court as I don't want to change my number.
