Wrong charges deducted

Dear sir i want to compaint about wrong charges deduted of rs 30 of star dust pack and i havent activated the pack custumour care is not responding me please help me and 2nd complaint is about nop service i activated my service from last 9 days and till now it is not working and charges is eduted from my acount from the first day and till now i am not using my service and same thing custumour care is not responding me please help me my cell ni is 919896688680 kindly do the need full
