Landline conection not working since 5 days inspite of complaint and this problem is arising very frequently as thrice in a fortnight

I hold an airtel landline connection with broadband of no. 07314263388.Since last 5 days my landline is dead inspite of launching a complaint at customer care.to add to my worry this problem is arising so frequently as to whenever my chance to check net comes, my broadband is out of order. This is not the first or second time complaint but in last one year I have atleast made complaints 25 times and in last one month this is 7th complaint. Aboveall, I get a call from airtel billing dept regarding my bil dues and payment.

I don't think that anybody in this company is carrying his/her responsibility... then why the hell they r running this company.
