Amount debited for the service which i had not activated

My airtell prepaid no 9794225346 .i was out of station from last 3 months &i was not using my sim.when i came back to raibareli when i again started using my sim i found that Rs 30/- &Rs10/- was deducted for the name of sevices which i had not activated.so kindly refund my amount.one other thing when i approached to my near aertel centre there behavior was also very cassual.they were not able to cancel or deactivate the services for which i have been charged.

kindly look the matter and take necessary steps regading this issue.
