Charged with out making call

Hai, I have been using the Air-tel prepaid 9502191158 since last 50 days. and i have been charged for the incomming calls some times and with out sending the sms i am getting the message saying that

sms cost 1 RS AND THE INR BAL 70.73 RS LIKE THIS i am facing frequently and i went to office, even last tuesday also i went, but the responce over there is very bad and i gave the complaint also regarding this matter.

And after comming to my home around 7:19 pm i got message sms cost 6 RS AND the inr bal.

how come you are charging for sms? with out sending any sms? and that to 6 Rs . and on the same day i was also charged for the incomming call at 10:30 am.

so i say once again to see this matter and do me the need ful
