Pathetic Service and worst customer care

Hi,
This is vinod kumar K (Post paid connection # 9500040433).
9789099333 was the privies number for the same a/c.
Like 2 months ago, I raised a request for surrendering my connection then I got the call back and she (Uma G) convinced me on change of number against surrendering the connection. Next one month there is no response and the number was not been changed.
Then again I raised a request for surrendering my connection then again I got the call back (from 9600002384) this time she assured me on changing the number in 48 hours (same like the privies one) and in addition to that assured of changing the bill plan also
The same story was repeated again. After complaining N number of times through 121, one day (3 weeks before) the out going facility was not available. When I contacted 121 they explained that this is due to number change in process and it will be ok soon. Next day I got the call from 9600002384 stating that the number was changed and the bill plan will be changed in another 24 hours.
From that day to till date, nothing happen and the outgoing call facility for this number was not been restored even though I got the msg that it has been restored (from AT-Services on 26th June 4:18pm).
It become daily routine for me to call 121 and some one assuming me that the issue will be solved in 2hours – 24 hours – tomorrow afternoon. Two weeks before on Sunday they transferred the call to there supervisor (Vinod I believe) I conformed that it will be ok by the afternoon of next day.
From that day till today, I couldn’t call to 121 if I did the call will be disconnected automatically as soon as I enter my number.
If I succeed on this some one will be saying that the app was down so call after 2 hours.
This is the worst customer care I came across or header about and also an pathetic one in the world
