FHM VIDEO PACK DEACTIVATION

My number is 9008385460 (airtel karnataka).my complaint is airtel deducted RS 5 daily in my mobile.i got msg which states that fhm video pack is activated. I should not activate this service, it activate automatically. so i want to refund my balance and deactivate this service. One more complaint is weekly deducted 10 Rs also.so pls deactivate all subscribed service and refund my balance.i call the customer care, but i am not satisfied thier responce. So pls deactivate my service immidietly, Still my balance is deducted, so pls... plsssssss
