Unfair deduction of money from mobile balance

Sir,

This is to inform you that i am a user of Sirtel mobile service.

company had deducted Rs.60 from my mobile balance (Rs.15 each time, 4 times) on the basis of some subscriptions on 28 june and 11 july. On asking about this they replied that its due to use of GPRS.

After that i requested them to please deactivate all those subscription, and they replied that all fecilities have been deactivated on 13 july. On 18 july again they charged Rs.15 due to same subscriptions and some others which i never ever subscribed.

On reporting this matter no action was taken and not even my money has been returned.
