Charged for Service not Used

This is reference to the above bill it was charged Rs.1525.91. Out of which Rs. 906.00 was charged for not usage of those services mentioned.

To your kind information i had called Airtel several times you may refer records complainting about this charges. I have started getting these kind of messages stating you have been charged Rs 99 etc. etc. so and so when told to your executives they told that Airtel server is under maintainence and these chares will be waived off all you have to do is to call once you receive the bill. When called after receiving the bill. They asked me to contact after 16th when called they simply say that you have to pay for it.

I am sick and tired of calling and following up for this for not using the services I am charged.

Any way i have paid the amount which was charged. But wanted to appeal for Justice.

For your information the setting of the phone remains unchanged as it was before. Only in June 09 this happened.

Hope this will be taken up and the amount Rs. 906.00 will be refunded and make your loyal customer Happy.
