Refund of Advance Rental

I have disconnected my Airtel number on 7-Apr. I have got a confirmation mail regarding the disconnection. However, I have not received the refund of advance rental after so many days. I have made a lot of calls and mails to airtel. But they dont even reply to the mails. 2 times they have provided with the courier name and the PO number for the dispatch of my cheque. I enquired with the courier company and they say they dont have such PO number. Please advise what to do.
