Sim card not working in any of sony ericssion cell

I have brought new sony ericcison cell worth Rs.24000/-..my airtel sim card is not working in dis cell... i have called many times to customer care centre, but their response was not satisfactory... i also went at lower parel ARC..there too i was disappointed... i also mailed to their technical head, but i didnt got any rply...
