Extremely poor Network Coverage & Customer Service

Hi,

I have been a Airtel customer since the last 7 years in pune (9890016702). I have been facing NETWORK COVERAGE problems in the Kothrud, Pune area for the last several months and I have talked to the customer care like million times and unfortunately till date the problem is not yet resolved.

All that I get is assurances after assurances from the customer care team saying - Our technical experts would be getting back to you ASAP, but its been more than 3 months now and not a single person has been called me or solve this problem.

If this problem doesnt get resolved within a week I will be forced to switch my service to a different mobile service provider.

I hope Mr. Sunil Mittal is listening atleast this time, if he really cares for his business.
