Activation and irresponsibility

Dear Sir,

7 days back i have took a new connection in airtel gallery pune... response regarding activation was that it would be activated in 1 hour..like these she passed 7 days and still activation is pending! Is this the way to handle customers or is this the way airtel employees treat the customers saying in 1 or 2 hours sim would activate..If it is with airtel who would encourage in improving the business of airtel... its too bad and too embrassing for airtel for having like these employees with them
