Dear Team,
I wish to bring to your notice that your services were disconnected without prior information or notice. I was experiencing Call Drop which I reported to Customer Service on several occasions yet the issue was never resolved. I was not discounted for the inconvenience caused by the Call Drop. Whenever I call Customer Service to report this issue, I was assured of a resolution within 24 hours of my call yet it was never resolved. For the complaint I placed on 6th June I was responded only in the first week of July yet without resolution. Adding to my woes, in recent times I was forbidden from calling Customer Service by dialing 121 since my number was blocked. You will understand from the chain of mails exchanged with you as underneath that my repeated representations have had nil effect. I have also attached mails received earlier for your perusal.
I trust I have waited patiently enough and every hope of a resolution seems lost. On the whole I am totally frustrated with the services of Airtel and therefore constrained to contemplate on withdrawing my subscription.
