Connection not working

My airtel internet connection is not working since 10-15 days after complaining at 121 but my phone is working and lan connection is coming but I cant connect to internet. why??? Please help me as you are a reputed company & you should take care of your customers. my airtel phone number is 91120-4553692.And I am living in 136-C, regent flats, shipra sun city, near C.I.S.F camp, Indirapuram, ghaziabad, U.P
