Deactivate Life time recharge

By mistake, I was recharge my airtel phone with Rs.99 via easy recharge but now i want to deactivate it. I was also trying to airtel customer care for long time but no body gave me possitive response. Please help me, how can i deactivate the life time recharge coupen.
